Hey All,
Alot of folks have been writing me since the convention asking me what a JuJu is and what it looks like. A JuJu is the first initiatory rattle that is accepted by the initiate.
MaPere hand made the JuJus (mine and Sister Candi’s) The part that makes the noise is comprised of JuJu beans (hence the name) strung into one end of a piece of bamboo. MaMere has blessed and protected the JuJus for us.
