A JuJu is the first initiatory rattle that is accepted by the initiate. <\/p>\n<p>MaPere hand made the JuJus (mine and Sister Candi&#8217;s) The part that makes the noise is comprised of JuJu beans (hence the name) strung into one end of a piece of bamboo.
