This helps you tap its<br \/>\nrhythm, it is in fact but natural to find it hard to concentrate. So,<br \/>\ndo not be disappointed and start tapping the rhythm of your breath<br \/>\nagain. Do not stress<a class=\"kLink\" href=\"http:\/\/www.articlesbase.com\/meditation-articles\/meditation-techniques-for-beginners-2065961.html#\" id=\"KonaLink3\" style=\"text-decoration: underline ! important; position: static;\" target=\"undefined\"><font color=\"#009900\" style=\"color: #009900 ! important; font-family: Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif; font-weight: 400; font-size: 12px; position: static;\"><span class=\"kLink\" style=\"color: #009900 ! important; font-family: Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif; font-weight: 400; font-size: 12px; position: relative;\"><\/span><\/font><\/a> your mind by trying too hard to regulate your breath. <\/p>\n<p>Try<br \/>\nbreathing initially without counting for a few minutes and when you<br \/>\nbelieve your breathing is at a regular pace and cycle, then start<br \/>\ncounting it.<\/p>\n<p>Set targets on the basis of the duration or number of breaths and gradually increase them. <\/p>\n<p>Important<br \/>\nNote: After you are done, the process of opening your eyes, accepting<br \/>\nthe surroundings and getting up should be slow and gradual.<\/p>\n<p>Visualization Method of Meditation (Essentially for tension and stress)<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\nthis method, sit down, close your eyes and start breathing like in the<br \/>\nprevious form. Now, start visualizing your each breath going in through<br \/>\nyour nose, filling up your lungs and as it goes out.<\/p>\n<p>Start to visualize all the positive thoughts coming in and the negative thoughts going out with each breath.<\/p>\n<p>Then visualize an image or situation that instills a feeling of calmness and serenity in you.<\/p>\n<p>Gradually visualize all your senses like smell and touch.<\/p>\n<p>Flame Mediation<\/p>\n<p>In this method, light and place a candle at eye level in a semi dark room.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to focusing on the candle, sit down close your eyes and do deep breathing like in the previous methods. <\/p>\n<p>Next, open your eyes and focus on the flame while breathing deeply.<\/p>\n<p>Do not think of anything but the flame.<\/p>\n<p>Now, close your eyes and visualize the flame for as long as you can conveniently.<\/p>\n<p>When the image of the flame disappears while your eyes are closed, open your eyes and focus on the flame again.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/voodooboutique.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00e54edc5c6888330133ecc785e4970b-pi\" style=\"display: inline;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Images11\" border=\"0\" class=\"asset asset-image at-xid-6a00e54edc5c6888330133ecc785e4970b \" src=\"https:\/\/voodooboutique.typepad.com\/.a\/6a00e54edc5c6888330133ecc785e4970b-800wi\" title=\"Images11\" \/><\/a>  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is life without happiness and contentment?
