Don&#39;t limit yourself in these exercises. This is about setting your mind and will free.&#0160; <em>Don&#39;t over think the process &#8211; just let it flow. <\/em>Most of us block our own success. Don&#39;t block your mind and spirit in these exercises. This is all about the freedom to succeed in all things.&#0160; Please feel free to share your experiences each day in the &quot;comments&quot; section below the post.<\/p>\n<p>Instructions:&#0160; Take a few deep breaths and relax yourself. Stare at the picture below with the thought in mind:&#0160; &quot;Who am I?&quot;&#0160;&#0160; Spend about&#0160;3-5 minutes staring at the picture and asking yourself the same question, &quot;Who am I?&quot; After about&#0160;3-5 minutes, write down some of your impressions.&#0160; When you are done writing, stare at the picture again and ask yourself the same question, &quot;Who am I?&quot; After about 3-5 minutes, write down your impressions. Repeat the process one more time.&#0160; After your final writing down of your impressions (you should have written something down three separate times), close your notebook and do <span style=\"BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffff00; FONT-FAMILY: \">not<\/span> go back and read your impressions.
