PRACTICAL COLOR MAGICK<\/span><\/p>\n

Colors have magical associations – especially in creating your own spells.  Always use a color theme that matches what you are trying to accomplish.  <\/span><\/p>\n

Many of these color associations are very familiar to us:  Red or pink for love, green for money, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Traditional Magickal Color Associations<\/span><\/p>\n

Red: Sexual Love, Good Health, Strength, Danger, Stamina, Charity<\/span><\/p>\n

Yellow: Joy, Comfort, Persuasion, Charm, Confidence<\/span><\/p>\n

Green: Money, Luck, Fertility, Energy<\/span><\/p>\n

Orange: Stimulation, Encouragement, Attraction, Kindness<\/span><\/p>\n

Blue: Tranquility, Devotion, Understanding, Health, Sincerity, Truth<\/span><\/p>\n

Indigo: Depression, Impulsiveness, Ambition, Dignity<\/span><\/p>\n

Violet: Tension, Power, Peity, Sentiment<\/span><\/p>\n

Black:  Death, Sickness, Removal of a Person, Removal of a Thought or Idea from someone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Numerology Color Associations<\/span><\/p>\n

1=Red<\/span><\/p>\n

2=Orange<\/span><\/p>\n

3=Yellow<\/span><\/p>\n

4=Green<\/span><\/p>\n

5=Blue<\/span><\/p>\n

6=Indigo<\/span><\/p>\n

7=Violet<\/span><\/p>\n

8=Rose<\/span><\/p>\n

9=Gold<\/span><\/p>\n

Gemstone Color Properties<\/span><\/p>\n

Agate: Basically shades of brown, irregularly banded or variegated.  Wear for vision or gum problems.<\/span><\/p>\n

Amethyst: Bluish violet to deep purple in color. Wear for expelling poisons and toning the body.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bloodstone: Bright green to dark green, contains small spots of red jasper. Wear for excessive bleeding or to prevent hemorrhages.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chrysolite (Peridot): Usually olive green, sometimes yellow or brown. Wear to prevent fevers and also to prevent nightmares.<\/span><\/p>\n

Coral: Both red and white coral prevent bleeding. Wear to avert the "evil eye." Wear for scars and ulcers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Garnet: Deep red. Wear for the heart and as a stimulant.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jade: Green. Soothing, healing; wear for eye problems, kidneys, help strengthen muscles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lapis Lazuli: Blue to violet-blue to greenish blue. Eye problems. A very strong stone.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ruby: Deep red. Wear for problems of the blood, lack of body warmth, poor circulation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Topaz: Brown, yellow, or pink. Wear to sooth and calm, banishing nightmares and curing insomnia.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, how do you use these things?  First of all, get creative.  Think about what you want to accomplish.  Choose your items with a theme to them.   When you are purchasing items<\/span><\/p>\n

for magick, try to shop only for that.  Keep your intention in mind while you are shopping for each item.   Okay.  Now you are home with all your magick stuff, right?  Let the items<\/span><\/p>\n

guide you as to what to do with them.   Now we realize that this all sounds somewhat simplistic.  But if you are just starting in magick – it is good to keep it simple.   <\/span><\/p>\n
