every big accomplishment, has been brought into manifestation through
holding to the vision, and often just before the big achievement, comes
apparent failure and discouragement.– Florence Scovel Shinn

Universal Love – Live it, Love it!
Think about this! What is the message there? Is love available to everyone? Are we all taking the time to actually feel that love and the warmth of it? How accepting of love are we really? If we cannot experience Universal Love and love of one's self, can we truly experience romantic love? Just asking! Love to hear your opinions. Remember everyone, you can read everyone's comments and make your own simply by clicking on the "comments" link below each individual post. 🙂

Happy Valentine’s Day!!!!
Hello everyone,
Happy Valentine’s Day one and all! We are getting ready for the ritual that we will be doing later on and in reading over everyone’s letters it is so heartwarming to see how many of you had requests for OTHER people’s happiness besides your own!
It is just so nice to see how many caring and loving individuals are out there and hoping for the best for themselves while also hoping for the best for the important people in their lives and even for people they don’t know. Many of you asked in your letters for all those participating in the ritual to be blessed with love and happiness. Thank you all for that.
Even though really Valentine’s Day is “just another day” there is so much concentration on giving and receiving love that it is really a great day to work on love spell work, love candle magick, etc., to tap into the love energy floating around out there!
If you are doing any kind of magickal work today, remember to take a moment to call in all the loving energy that people are expressing towards each other and put that into your own work. Maybe you a person who is not personally receiving loving wishes today. But still you can call upon the universal love energy of this day and ask that you receive those loving vibrations into your heart and put that into your work.
We are excited to get your ritual going this afternoon and look forward to feeling the love from each and every one of you. We send it back to you and hope you feel those universal hugs we are sending you all!!!!
Much love,
Mambo Samantha Corfield

The Za Za Zsu – In the Pink!
Hello everyone! Well, with the new Sex and the City movie in the theatres now, I am reminded of how many letters I used to receive referencing different themes and characters on the television show. Whether you loved, hated, or could have cared less about the show, many of our clients often saw themselves or their relationships correlated in the episodes of the show. I definitely had a love-hate relationship with the show as I wearied of otherwise intelligent women telling me that they were "so Carrie." 😉
At any rate, there was an episode talking about the "za za zsu" in a successful relationship; that crazy, romantic, fabulous time period when intimacy between a couple was warm, exciting, and extremely close and loving. 🙂 In other words, romantic sex appeal – not just the instinct and desire to have sex with someone, but the desire to have that sex with the person who was special to you.
I started thinking about this the other day when I was preparing candle magick kits for shipping. Red male candle magick kits were flying out the door! Passionate love! And believe me there is nothing wrong with that. But it got me to thinking, what about the romance?
What about those pink male candle magick kits? 😉 I wanted to share with you part of a letter I received a couple of months ago from a client. Here it is:
"…and even though Teddy and I have been doing okay after I finished my spell kits, I really felt like we were missing romance in our life. He is a scientist and spends his day proving and disproving scientific theory for a lab. He can sometimes be very unromantic simply because he is someone who is very practical. Anyway, I went ahead and got the BMS pink male candle magick kits. When I was doing them I put some Abre Camino oil on the candle too and paid some special attention to the genital area (sorry for being so graphic). I petitioned that the next time we were making love that he would feel warm and romantic. I pictured us melting into each other just like the candle was melting. About a week after I finished up the trio we were being intimate when he suddenly looked at me and said, "I feel like I am melting into you." I was so shocked that I almost started laughing and crying at the same time. Luckily we were so busy that he didn’t notice…"
I thought that was a pretty amazing letter! Just the idea of even using the petition to be melting into each other just like the candle was melting was pretty innovative, I thought. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in trying to bring someone’s love to us, we forget that most of us want something warm and fuzzy in that love, too. Although this particular client was already with her HD, I don’t see any reason that a person couldn’t do the pink candle magick kits in this way even if you aren’t already with them. Bringing up romantic images of you in your HD’s mind can only help your case!
There is a pretty fine distinction when we are talking about love and romance. Of course we want our partner to love us! But I am sure plenty of you know both men and women who may love quite well, but have missed the mark in the romance department. If you are a person who also wants to make sure that romance stays alive in the relationship you are working on, I would suggest throwing a little pink candle magick into it! Maybe soon you will be melting in his arms, too, and feeling that za za zsu! 😉
