I grew up and lived in Louisiana most of my life! I cooked good Cajun food with my Daddy from the time I was 7 years old until his death several years ago. Until I wrote this book, most of these great Cajun and Creole recipes had never been written down within my family...they were learned simply by "doing the dish."
